Support Information

Existing client? Use the support channel agreed for your account.

If your agreement or onboarding instructions designate the WOLFTRAXX Support Portal at portal.wolftraxxsystems.com, use the access set up for your account. Otherwise follow the support instructions agreed for your account.

  1. 1Open a ticket

Portal, email, or phone. Every request gets a number.

  2. 2Triage

Business impact sets the priority, not who shouts loudest.

  3. 3Work and update

You see status in the portal; vendors are coordinated for you.

  4. 4Close and record

The fix and anything learned goes into your documentation.

The portal is separate from this public website. You may need an existing client login; the link alone does not create an account or submit a ticket. For a useful request, gather the details in our support request checklist before you open your agreed channel.

Portal access and the applicable support scope depend on your account and agreement. This website does not establish coverage, priority, availability, or response time, and it does not provide emergency or time-sensitive monitoring.

General inquiries about support options.

Email opens your own mail application. These public contacts are for sales and general support-option inquiries, not for submitting an existing client’s support request.

  1. One person or device affected

Describe the device or application, the error you see, and when it started.

  2. A shared workflow interrupted

Note the location, who is affected, and whether work is stopped or there is a temporary workaround.

  3. Something suspicious

Describe what you observed without forwarding passwords, recovery codes, or private customer information.

Prepare notes for your agreed support channel.

Existing clients can use the support request checklist to gather details for their agreed support channel. Do not send passwords or payment card information. Remove confidential information from any screenshot before sharing it.
