Processing Cost Comparison
PAYMENT PROCESSING COMPARISON
Compare your statement with published example rates.
Enter the totals from one recent merchant statement. We compare your transaction-based charges with a simplified model of Payanywhere's published pay-as-you-go rates. Both sides cover transaction charges only. The difference is not confirmed savings or an offer for your account.
Enter valid statement totals to see a comparison.
Nothing is calculated until monthly sales, transaction charges and transaction count are all valid.
The modeled published-rate cost is $157.75 less per month than the entered fees—not confirmed savings.

The illustration uses the payment mix and transaction count you entered. It compares transaction-based charges only on both sides: monthly, statement, PCI and other account fees, hardware, optional software, chargebacks, non-processing services, taxes and custom pricing are excluded.
Everything is calculated in your browser. The calculator does not submit or store your entered statement values, and the statement-review link does not carry them.
Illustration only. Published pay-as-you-go rates are used for a simplified, transaction-charge-only comparison of in-person and eligible keyed, virtual-terminal, or keyed invoice transactions—not hosted online checkout or payment links. Actual costs depend on approval, card mix, transaction types, equipment, other fees, and account terms. This is not a quote or confirmed savings.
A useful comparison starts with the real statement
Processing offers are difficult to compare when one provider advertises a flat rate and another separates interchange, assessments, monthly fees, software, and equipment. This calculator starts with the numbers that matter most: how much you processed, the rate-based and per-transaction charges the statement shows, and how many transactions that covers.
For the clearest result, use a representative month and enter only the transaction-based charges (percentage and per-transaction amounts). Monthly, statement, PCI, equipment and software fees are left out on both sides so the comparison is like for like. The calculator runs in your browser and does not submit your entered statement values. The illustrative rate model covers in-person and eligible keyed, virtual-terminal, or keyed invoice transactions; it does not price hosted online checkout or payment links.
Questions a processing-statement discussion can cover
- Which volume, transaction counts, and transaction-based charges appear on the statement?
- How much activity is card-present versus eligible keyed, virtual-terminal, or keyed invoice transactions?
- Which monthly, batch, statement, software, equipment, or other charges need explanation?
- Which Payanywhere rate and account terms would actually apply if an offer were made?
The on-page difference is an illustration, not confirmed savings, a quote, or a guarantee. Merchant accounts and custom pricing are subject to application, approval, business type, processing history, and final account terms. Ask about a statement review; do not email a full statement or payment-card details until an approved secure exchange route has been agreed.
